Leadership is a culture

In January 2012, I met a wonderful person on Twitter. I had just read the “Leadership/Parenting Analogy” on his blog, where I left a comment. Little did I know that would earn me an invite as a guest blogger. Apparently, there was an “International Blogathon” in the works. Todd Nielsen writes the blog “A Slice of Leadership – Leadership, One Slice at a Time”
